All start times are subject to change, and events might be merged or split based on event registration.

Description:

Age Divisions: Any age

Skill Divisions: 3.0; 3.5; 4.0+

Ball: Franklin X-40.

Courts: 6 – outdoor dedicated pickleball courts, hard courts with net posts in the ground.

Fee: $40 per team per event

We follow USAP guidelines.

Attached, you will find the USAPA Skill Rating Definitions to help you identify your skill division. (If you have never played in a tournament, or you just started playing, it is probably 3.0 Skill Level).

Weather:

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches. If we are unable to play the majority of matches, we will do our best to offer a make-up day. There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds. Entry fee is a charitable donation. We kindly thank you for your charitable donation to the Kiwanis Club of Kiln Creek.

Saturday-Men’s Doubles and Women’s Doubles

Sunday-Mixed Doubles

Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Registration:

Remember: for all events, the registration is not complete until one player registers (for both players), and payment is paid for each event. Don't forget to list your partner's first and last name for each event.

Format:

1. Event brackets with 6 entries at the registration deadline will play a round robin format depending on the number of registration entries. The final format will be announced prior to the start of the tournament. All players will have the opportunity to play at least 2 games per event.

2. Event brackets of 4 or 5 entries at the registration deadline will play a round-robin format.

3. Events with 3 or fewer participants may be combined with another of similar skill level or canceled.

4. Since this is a fundraiser, NO Refunds will be given. All proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Club of Kiln Creek

5. If a division is full, email to be put on the waitlist in case a team must cancel its registration.

Medal Matches Format:

• Bronze Medal match - 1 game to 15 win by 2

• Gold Medal match - 1 game to 15 win by 2

Round Robin Matches

• Will be 1 game to 15 win by 2

• Ties broken by:

o head-to-head matches won

o if there is still a tie point differential in all matches played.

o if there is still a tie it is a point differential in head-to-head matches.

o if there is still a tie it is a point differential against the next highest team.
